Stories Helping during Covid Struggle
Maria, a mother of 3 and widow, was struggling to get food and shelter when her husband left her. The children were very young and she had no money to buy them food. We helped Maria get food and shelter during the lock down.
Maria was able to rely on our support for about 18 months until she was able to find a job as a hairdresser that paid enough for her to live in her own place again.
